Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Genia ERP, a software service operated by SALKANTAY STUDIO SAS, a company incorporated in Uruguay ("we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. The service
Genia ERP is a web application to run an agency's operation: clients, quotes, projects, hours, invoicing and finance. We offer it as is and improve it continuously, so some features may change.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your access confidential. You are responsible for what is done with your account and with the accounts of the people you invite to your agency.
Whoever creates the agency in Genia ERP is its administrator and decides who gets access and with which permissions.
3. Plans and payments
The first 2 active clients are free. Each additional active client costs US$ 9 a month, plus applicable taxes. Current prices and how to pay are published on the pricing page. If we change a price, we notify you at least 30 days in advance.
4. Your data
The data you enter is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
You can request an export of your data at any time. If you close your account, we delete it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Genia ERP for illegal activities, to upload third-party content without the right to do so, or to try to access other agencies' data or disrupt the service.
6. What Genia ERP does not do
Genia ERP does not issue electronic tax documents and does not replace your accountant. Calculations and reports are a management aid: verify the numbers you present to third parties or authorities.
7. Availability and liability
We do what is reasonable to keep the service available and your data protected, but we do not guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Suspension and termination
You can close your account whenever you want. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, notifying you first unless there is a risk to other users or to the service.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we notify you by email or in the application before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. Any dispute is settled before the courts of Montevideo.
